Hamilton, J.D., is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars. She has Federal government, medical law firm, and national public interest defense fund experience. In Memoriam Seymour Perry, M.D., MACP, was recognized internationally as a leader in technology assessment in health care and was the Director of MTPPI's World Health Organization Collaborating Center for Health Technology Assessment. His passing was a great loss for the international health care community.
