National Home and Hospice Care Survey

This nationwide survey of home and hospice care agencies, their current and discharge patients was conducted by the national center for Health Statistics from September through December 1992. This survey wa designed as an ongoing series of surveys to satisfy the diverse data needs of those who establish standards for, plan, provide, and access longterm care services.
