National Claims History

The National Claims History (NCH) database is an integral part of HCFA'S growing data environment. As the single storehouse for both Part A & Part B, and 100% of End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) claims, the NCH is the foundation for the Health Care Financing Administration's (HCFA'S) planned single-site repository for all claims and utilization data. Extracts can be drawn to meet the requirements of specific projects that can not be satisfied using Standard Analytical File databases.
